Good Quality Shingle



 Just about every new build house uses GAF or Tamko and their lowest grade architectural shingle. Each of those brands make a better-quality shingle or their other smaller companies such as Malarkey or Owens Corning.  Make sure you're using a good quality shingle as the cost is very minimal for a much better product. 


Please reach out to your local contractor to make sure they're using something better than builder grade.
